Grilled Top Blade Steaks Recipe
Beef Top Blade steaks are quick to make, affordable, and full of rich beef flavor. This recipe is an easy way to prepare the steak with little fuss. We used a basic seasoning of our LGCM Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub, but you can use any marinade or seasoning that you prefer. We recommend slicing the steak thin for serving, and letting everyone take as many strips as they want. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 4 Leahy’s Angus Beef Tenderloin Roast (can also use Flat Iron Steaks)
- LGCM Ultimate Steak & Roast Rub
Directions
- Liberally season both sides of the steaks with Steak & Roast Rub. Set aside while preheating the grill.
- Heat your grill to 400ºF. Once the grill is hot, place the steaks over direct heat, and cook 3-4 minutes per side, flipping once. Once the steaks reach 135ºF internal temperature (for medium-rare), remove them from the grill. You can cook the steaks to 140ºF for medium, but we don’t recommend cooking these steaks beyond medium.
- Once you remove the steaks from the grill, let them rest for 5 minutes, then cut into thin slices, and serve. Enjoy!

StoutThere are plenty of styles of stouts, but these beers are all made to be rich, dark and full of flavor.
GrenacheGrenache (or Garnacha) is grown around the Mediterranean and makes light bodied red wines that have plenty of red fruit along with spice notes. These are easy drinking, affordable wines.
