347 Ratings Not the worst, not the bestI like the concept of the game. The style is really cute and I like the sounds go along with it. I just wish it actually gave you instructions on what to do like cooking mama does. This one just leads you to your own devices, but then gets mad when you don’t do the items in the right order even though it didn’t tell you what order to put the items in. Second are the odds not only are their ads all over the screen between every single level there is an ad. Third some of the ads that pop up will happen when you click to go to the next level. And some of the ads that’ll pop up and take over the entire screen will open up Safari or Google or whatever browsing site you’re using when you try to close the app the first time.

I like the concept of the game. The style is really cute and I like the sounds go along with it. I just wish it actually gave you instructions on what to do like cooking mama does. This one just leads you to your own devices, but then gets mad when you don’t do the items in the right order even though it didn’t tell you what order to put the items in. Seconding some other voices that I’m not getting the hate! This was the PERFECT cooking game! The graphics are super consistent and appealing (like the food genuinely looks so delicious lol), and the mechanics of gameplay are—hands down—WAY better than any other similar games. It genuinely gets you feeling involved in the actual cooking process. Ads are present, but definitely only at the start and end of levels, which is entirely reasonable (and honestly, to be expected if you’ve played literally any other mobile games). There was another cooking game that I tried with way better reviews, but one that literally had ads IN THE MIDDLE OF LEVELS. Like for NO reason. And that one somehow has 5 stars on here? Everything else I’ve discussed was also far inferior to this version. Make it make sense. THIS one is a winner, and I’m awaiting the release of the new levels very eagerly, plus the addition of even more not yet previewed in the future! Keep up the amazing work!

Ads & Mechanisms DON’T WORKFor such a fun game, it’s a shame that it’s ruined by ads and sometimes nonfunctional mechanisms. For instance at level 70, it refused to detect me spreading the frosting on the cake which led me to watch at least 5 ads to extend my time. The timer gives us way too little room to actually do anything and once I finished all the levels, it took me back to level 1 and I saw how at the start we literally had 9 minutes to do something super simple but later we get like 2 minutes to do 50 tasks that we need hints to learn how to do. This game seems to advertise itself as a calm cute game so I went in expecting to have a relaxing time NOT stressing out the entire time watching the timer get to 15 seconds or frustratingly trying every cooking step only for it to be something as minor as lift the blender lid up that wasn’t even noticeable until watching the ad for a hint.
