Nice dinner. I tasted an excellent tonkatsu cooked on a small grill according to your culinary preferences. It was accompanied with rice, soup and vegetables. Price not expensive, very fast service and kindly staff.

They bring a plate of cutlet, you can choose one, 1.5 or 2 cutlets, accompanied DA a selection of side dishes, all explained DA a sheet with photos with descriptions in English. The cutlets are excellent, meat tender and left to blood, cooking is completed at the table si an individual plate. Honest price, about 32€ for two with a DA 1, DA 1.5 and a large beer.

I really had no expectations going to this restaurant. While it had great reviews, I had been burned before and wasn't sure if it would live up to the hype. I can safely say it did. When we arrived there was a bit of a line. There is a second location down the street but not wanting to risk waiting more we stayed at the first location. We waited around 45 mins. The staff was very nice and although the restaurant is a little small and tight it had a certain charm. The food though is the highlight. They specialize in beef cutlets. We chose one beef cutlet which was a pretty decent size. The plate comes with beef cutlet medium rare and you are given instructions to finish cooking it to well done on a personal fire (more like a heated stone). You are given the option to dip it in two sauces, one being their house Wasabi sauce. Let me tell you. That Wasabi sauce is DELICIOUS. Paired with the beef cutlet it was a scrumptious dinner. I can safely say it was 100% worth the wait.
