【英文和訳＆弾き語り#017】〜 Meditation（瞑想）by Antonio Carlos Jobim

今回は、ボサノバの代表曲のひとつ「Meditation」の和訳と弾き語りをお届けします。

作曲がAntonio Carlos JobimとNewton Mendonçaの共作で、1959年にリリース。

英語版の歌詞はNorman Gimbelによるものです。

彼は「The Girl from Ipanema」や「How Insensitive」など他にもJobimの曲の英語版の作詞をしている、ボサノバに欠かせない人物です。

日本では阿川泰子さんのカバーが有名です。
